Get the basics right, once.

For young companies, and for websites that grew without a plan. I find out what you really have, agree with everyone what it needs to do, and set it up so it doesn’t need rescuing next year.

What’s included?

An assessment of what you have, workshops with your team, a roadmap, setting up the architecture, ongoing support and monthly reports. We cut what you don’t need.

Who is it for?

Companies at an early stage, and established ones whose website grew faster than anyone planned. If nobody can explain your stack in five minutes, it’s for you.

Who does the work?

I lead it. The building and the day-to-day running is done by the team at Some Tech Work, or by your own team and agency if you already have one.

Do I have to change platform?

Usually not. Most of the time the platform is fine and the setup around it isn’t. I only suggest a move when keeping it costs more.

What happens after the roadmap?

You can take it and run with it, or we work through it together. Many clients keep me on as their fractional CTO.
